1400 gallon capacity - 2 compartment staged tank system, one Linear Motion Shale Shaker is mounted over the top of the tank, wtih (6) 5" Desilter cones rated to process 300 gpm which is mounted over the Shaker for cone under flow cuttings drying. The systems incorporates durable industry approved centrifugal pumps for hydrocyclone, mixing operations and return fluid transfer back to the drilling pump, each pump is powered by 480 volt, 3 phase electric motors.
Obviously with the varying ROP's in various formations, this unit can provide accurate screen mesh sizing based on your pumping rates. Screens are fully guaranteed for performance and provide optimum cut points based on the mesh size required while providing durability under heavy solids loading.
A fully enclosed sound rated 60 KW 480 volt/3 Phase CAT powered generator is included for complete unit electrical operations.
Drilling fluid additives can easily be introduced into the system by an integrated venturi style mixing hopper, conveniently placed on the entrance side of the unit bentonite or chemical blending can safely be added. Cam loc connection are also provided for rapid hose connection to the flow line and the clean mud return line back to the drilling pump or suction pit.
This highly mobile unit is mounted on a 24' 20,000 Lb. GVW rated goose neck or penal hook style trailer. This unique unit requires approximately only 15 minutes of rig-up and rig-down time on location and can be easily integrated into current on-site systems.
